I was tired. A little depress. Was walking down 3rd ave to get back to my dorm at Gramercy. Felt like stuffing my face with something familiar. Then i remembered about this takoyaki place that Thuy and Lilly went to that I really wanted to try sometime ago, since it was recommended on Yelp and on some street food show i watched on the food network. Whipped out my iphone. Yelped “Octopus ball”. Found the hole in the wall.

It turned out to be pretty yummy. I guess its comparable to the ones i had in Singapore, maybe a little better in terms of texture. But not mindblowing good. Still, its a great place to get some food. Especially the red bean fish thingy. I love love love love that. Definitely going back to get some of that, even though its microwaved from a frozen pack and not made fresh. sigh. I need to find a place where they make that fresh.
